2026 BOBSLEIGH pilot schools in Lake Placid, NY

🗓 We’re excited to announce upcoming Bobsleigh Pilot Schools at the Lake Placid Sliding Center in Lake Placid, NY!

These camps offer a unique opportunity to refine your technique, improve your power and speed, and train alongside other athletes in a high-performance environment.

🗓 Bobsleigh Pilot School Dates
  • February 23-27 (5 days)
  • March 2-5 (3 days)
  • March 9-13 (5 days)​

Please note: You must be an OBSA Athlete Member to participate. You can become a member HERE

Pilot School Fees
As a Supported Entity (see below), the costs for OBSA athletes to participate in these Bobsleigh Pilot Schools is half or less of the usual cost. OBSA is additionally subsidizing these costs by offering them at the CAD equivalent of the USA costs as follows:

These fees must be paid to OBSA prior to the Bobsleigh Pilot School. 

Personal Insurance for Sport Activities
You will also need to make sure you have appropriate health/accident insurance for out of country sport activities. If you do not already have this type of insurance, Canadian Athlete Insurance Program (CAIP) has affordable insurance for athletes: https://mkirsch.ca/home-caip/
